1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at rumvee.com and any associated subdomains, mobile experiences, and booking services (collectively, the "Site") operated by Rumvee Adventures ("Rumvee", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking or create an account. Guests under 18 may participate in tours when accompanied by a responsible adult who has accepted these Terms on their behalf.

By using the Site you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Bookings & Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the address provided at checkout. Rumvee reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings at any time without liability.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking confirmation is the price you will be charged. Taxes and applicable fees are displayed at checkout.

3.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Rumvee (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method. Rumvee does not store raw card numbers — see our Data Storage Policy for details.

3.4 Cancellations & Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to usvi@rumvee.com with your booking reference number.

4. Tour Participation

4.1 Guest Conduct

All guests must behave respectfully toward Rumvee staff, guides, other guests, bar and venue staff, and members of the public. Rumvee reserves the right to remove any guest from a tour — without refund — for:

• Threatening, abusive, or violent behavior
• Excessive intoxication that poses a safety risk
• Damage to Rumvee vehicles or third-party property
• Failure to follow reasonable guide instructions
• Any conduct that endangers the safety of others

4.2 Guide Instructions

The Rumvee guide has full authority during the tour. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided before and during the tour. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.

4.3 Alcohol Policy

Guests must be 21 years of age with valid government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcohol. Rumvee staff and venue personnel may refuse service at any time. Rumvee is not responsible for guests' individual alcohol consumption decisions or related consequences.

4.4 Assumption of Risk

Tours involve off-road vehicle travel, beach terrain, and outdoor activities. By booking a tour, you acknowledge that adventure activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to: injury from vehicle travel, slips and falls, sun exposure, and physical activity. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

4.5 Health & Physical Condition

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical health to participate. Guests with mobility limitations, medical conditions, or special needs should contact us in advance to discuss accommodations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, text, photographs, videos, graphics, and code — is owned by Rumvee Adventures or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission
• Use Rumvee's name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without authorization
• Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract Site content
• Create derivative works based on Rumvee's proprietary content

Press and editorial use of brand assets is permitted per the terms in our Press Kit.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content ("User Content") to Rumvee via our website, social media, or third-party platforms, you grant Rumvee a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with promoting our services.

You represent that you own or have the right to submit any User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Storage Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Third-Party Services

The Site links to or integrates with third-party services including FareHarbor (booking), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics, and TikTok Ads. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Rumvee is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Rumvee does not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Tour availability will be guaranteed at all times
• Information on the Site is always complete, accurate, or current

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUMVEE ADVENTURES, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, GUIDES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PARTICIPATION IN A TOUR.

In no event shall Rumvee's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific tour booking giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rumvee Adventures and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your participation in a tour; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Before initiating legal action, we encourage you to contact us at legal@rumvee.com to attempt resolution in good faith.

13. Changes to Terms

Rumvee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
