Booking & Reservations
How do I book a Rumvee tour?
The easiest way is through our online booking system powered by FareHarbor. Click Book Now from any page, select your tour type and date, choose your number of guests, and complete payment. You'll receive an instant confirmation email.
You can also call or text (844) 678-6833 to book directly with our team.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48–72 hours in advance, especially during peak cruise season (November–April). Popular time slots like Sunset Convoy often fill up quickly.
Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — call us directly to check availability.
Can I book for a large group?
Yes! Each Hummer accommodates up to 22 guests. For groups larger than 22, we can coordinate a multi-vehicle convoy. Contact us at usvi@rumvee.com or via WhatsApp for group pricing and availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay through the online booking form.
Cancellations & Changes
What is your cancellation policy?
- 72+ hours before tour: Full refund
- 24–72 hours before tour: 50% refund or full credit toward rebooking
- Under 24 hours: No refund, but we'll do our best to reschedule
- Weather cancellations: Full refund or reschedule at no charge

Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before your original tour date. Contact us with your booking reference and your preferred new date/time and we'll get you sorted.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety is our priority. If conditions are unsafe (tropical storm, heavy rain), we will contact you directly to offer a full reschedule or refund. Light rain typically does not cancel tours — Hummers are adventure vehicles and the island stays beautiful in all weather.
The Tour Experience
What is included in the tour price?
- Fully guided Hummer tour experience
- Complimentary welcome cocktail
- Premium Bluetooth sound system
- All transportation between stops
- Driver gratuity (additional tips always appreciated!)
Not included: drinks at bar stops, food, personal expenses, and optional gratuity beyond the included amount.
What should I wear and bring?
- Wear: Light, comfortable clothing. Swimwear under shorts is recommended for beach stops.
- Bring: Sunscreen, sunglasses, a light cover-up, ID (required for bar stops), and a small amount of cash for drinks.
- Footwear: Comfortable sandals or closed-toe shoes. No heels.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests of all ages are welcome on Rumvee tours. However, guests must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol at bar stops. Minors are welcome as passengers but cannot participate in alcohol service.
For tours with young children, we recommend the Day Ops package for its beach-heavy itinerary.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
Our Hummers have a step-up entry that may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. We strongly encourage guests with accessibility needs to contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly, coordinate appropriate assistance, and advise on the best tour options.
How many people are on each tour?
Each Hummer holds up to 22 guests. Tours are often shared with other groups unless you book a private Special Ops charter. Shared tours are a great way to meet fellow travelers!
Cruise Ship Guests
Can I book if I'm arriving by cruise ship?
Absolutely — cruise guests are a huge part of our community! We offer cruise dock pickup and coordinate our tour times around ship departure schedules. Book in advance and provide your ship name and departure time when booking so we can ensure you're back on time.
What if my ship is delayed or leaves early?
We monitor cruise schedules closely. If your ship's itinerary changes and you need to modify or cancel, contact us as soon as possible at (844) 678-6833. We treat ship-related changes with full flexibility — no penalties for cruise disruptions outside your control.
